Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler, a Z-grade film reviewer, is renowned for her morbid appreciation of stupid action as well as horror films. After gaining some fame in the forums on Channel Awesome (under her previous username Obscurus Lupa) and began her write reviews in late 2009. At the beginning of 2015, she stayed on the site when Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. Two of her podcasts are co-hosted and covering Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones starred her in Jesus Bro! as well as appearing on his series Midnight Screenings typically reviewing terrible children's films or RiffTrax live programs as well as the occasional adult-oriented comedy (including Baywatch, of course Baywatch (2017)). The first time she reviewed movies was in 2009. When she gained acclaim on Channel Awesome forums, she was invited to join the reviewer group. She's appeared in countless Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She was a former member of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and was often seen on the show Nostalgia Critic.
